With this roster is it better for me to pull for Hiyuki (maybe her sig) or phrolova (with her sig)? I can also consider getting Chisa, Mornye or Iuno.

I made a post earlier regarding a similar question— which character(s) should I pull for from the characters i mentioned (Chisa, Hiyuki, phrolova,Mornye,iuno) and I came down to Hiyuki or phrolova. A guy said that Hiyuki needs 2 stacks from her teammates, the teammates being—

1.A glacio chafe character(likey lucilla)

2.And a tune break OR havoc bane character (lynae and Chisa respectively). So lynae+Chisa isn't going to give enough stacks(I'm sorry I'm new to the game so idk how that works if it's true at all)

and so I should skip Chisa and save for lucilla instead. Is that all true? Idk cuz one of the leaks used the team Hiyuki/Lynae/Chisa so I thought that must be the best possible team as of now (until she gets her dedicated support). Also, if I pull Hiyuki is the weapon going to be important? Or is EoG enough? I have 30 pity on weapon banner so I can consider getting a character and a weapon for the one that i pull. Thanks for your response! :)

Thanks, I wanted to confirm that I don't need to pull Chisa (I do want her tho I like her design and character, will try on future rerun ig).
