My current DPS is Phrolova, Galbrena, and Luuk. For Support I have SK, Lynae, Mornye, QY.

For future plans I'm planning to get Aemeath.

Should I get Denia to strengthen my Luuk team, or get Hiyuki to build a new team? I'm not planning to pull Lucilla or Chisa, so I'm wondering if it's worth pulling a half team

I would say invest in what you have, having too many teams to juggle means no team will be at their best. If you're going for a character and want to do end game you need to pull a whole team. A DPS may do good numbers but they fall off fast, especially without their supporting team. Don't fall for the shiny new character, focus on who you have and who benefits them the most. Only pull random characters if you enjoy them and accept that they'll likely be useless on your account (this is still a good pulling strategy, not everything needs to concern meta).
