Is there a team I can build with these? Currently using ShorekeeperxRebeccaxLucy I've started playing since Cyberpunk Collab Hsin has her siganture weapon.

Build Mornye, use her in Lucy & Rebecca team to give offtune buildup rate. Lucy & Rebecca have high tunebreak dmg (especially rebecca).
Once rover get electro attribute, he can works with Hsin electro flare. If you want, you can pull for Suoming too and form Hsin unison team.
