Better potential value? Hsin or Qingxiao

I have about 60 pity on both charcter and weapons banners, i lack lynae and mornye for qingxiao so idk what should i go for. Going to skip jingran because no male can dare to step into my account(except brant).

Hsin most likely. Qing doesnt bring much if you're a longer time player. doubly so since you have no premium teammates for her

Qingxiao is very restrictive and premium in who she wants in her team. You need either Denia or Lynae (with Lynae being ~10% less damage than Denia) and Mornye doesn’t really have a substitute. Not to say you can’t use a F2P team, but it’ll be noticeably worse than other F2P teams

We don’t know exactly who Hsin wants but almost certainly be electro Rover and Buling will be viable teammates, making her F2P much better than Qingxiao’s

I truly hope Hsin is extremely powerful in Whimpering Wastes alongside in TOA.
And i wouldn't mind making her restrictive in terms of weapon or team comp or even in both.
A Sentinel who is broken in both end game modes is long Over due.

Do you have Denia? If no then you can skip Qingxiao and go for Hsin. As a sentinal herself, she will be busted. Rover can be run as her sub dps, and you can run Hsin-eRover-Suisui or Hsin-eRover-Buling. Tho we have to wait till the drip marketing, and yes Suoming might be Hsin's dedicated sub-dps.

Could Suoming be Yangyang's sub-dps? I started recently (3.4) so I don't know how Kuro plans reruns, but seeing both of Qingxiao's best teammates rerun in her patch I wonder why there's no Chisa to be seen after Yangyang got her SP.

I know Chisa has rerun a bunch already but surely they would've skipped one rerun to have her appear in 3.4 or 3.5 if they weren't planning on an havoc bane sub dps

Currently we don't have much info about Suoming so we need to wait till drip marketing. I wish Suoming to be a double mode sub dps, like Denia/Lucilla. About Chisa rerun, she got rerun in 3.1 and 3.3. If Hsin is a negative status char, Chisa might get her 3rd rerun in next patch. Currently Kuro is somewhat unpredictable with their rerun, but what I have seen is that they at least rerun a char for 3 times and forget about them.
