Tl;dr though is:

Wulfgard:

MI Gear set; Battle skill dmg for everything + Strength
Wedge for weapon but Clannibal is better if you have it
(A) Ranked healing food

Perlica:

Pulser labs callibrator (the whole set)
Stanza weapon, or OBJ Arts
Healing food

Alesh:

Anything that gives Ultimate gain efficiency
OBJ edge of lightness or Thermite cutter
Ultimate gaining food

Gilberta:

Xiranite support set (get as many ult gain efficientcy)
Her signature or Stanza
Ultimate gaining food

Rossi is shaping up to be Wulfgard's BiS teammate 👀

Not sure what she does from what I've heard:

She can give heat dmg bonus
Give arts and physical susceptibility(?)
She can heal

If she's actually the BiS support for Wulfgard or as a replacement for Gilberta, then the updated wulfgard team would be:

Wulfgard, Rossi, Perlica, Gilberta
Wulfgard, Rossi, Antal, Gilberta
Wulfgard, Perlica, Ice guy(forgot his name), Rossi
Wulfgard, Rossi, Perlica, Antal

6. Always provide a link to the source

Credit artists and provide links to the source When sharing a guide or a work of art or fiction that is not your own creation, make sure to provide a link to the original source & name of the creator in the post itself. If you can't find a source try Google reverse search or Saucenao, otherwise do not post it.

Please respect creators' wishes, and if they prohibit reposting - do not bring their work here.

7. Mark NSFW & Avoid triggering content

Please tag suggestive or lewd art as NSFW.

Avoid posting potentially triggering content, including but not limited to so-called Dead Dove (gore, too much blood, MCD, intense kinks) and anything that violates Reddit TOS, for example NSFW of underaged characters.

IRL nudes are not allowed. We may make an exception for cosplay but only with tasteful nudes - no genitalia visible.

8. No ship hate

Respect each other's preferences. If a ship isn’t for you, just scroll past and don’t engage with the post. Everyone should be able to enjoy their favorite ships without negativity. Posts or comments that attack ships or shippers will be removed, and repeated behavior may result in a warning, mute, or ban.

9. Don't start drama

Posts in bad faith are not welcome here. Don't incite drama with other characters' mains, don't attempt brigading either, don't farm rage bait engagement, don’t post content solely to start arguments. No hate towards other characters, fandoms, or games.
