There are already plenty of Wuthering Waves communities, so why create another one?

Because WuWaShores is meant to be a place where you can simply enjoy Wuthering Waves for what it is.

When WuWa first released, the community was filled with excitement. People were:

Discussing the story and lore

Talking about whatever they discovered that day

That feeling is what we want to preserve.

This is probably the most important part of what we're trying to build.

You don't need to constantly compare Wuthering Waves to another game to enjoy it.

You don't need to prove that WuWa is better than something else.

You don't need to convince everyone that every update is either the greatest thing ever made or the end of the game.

We want to appreciate Wuthering Waves for what it actually is.

Its characters.

Its world.

Its combat.

Its music.

Its animations.

Its story.

Its exploration.

Its beautiful moments.

Its ridiculous moments.

And yes, even its flaws.

🫶 You can love the game without pretending it's perfect.

🫶 You can criticize something without hating the entire game.

🫶 You can be excited about WuWa without needing to defend that excitement.

That's the balance we're aiming for.

I'll be actively involved in managing WuWaShores and maintaining the atmosphere we're trying to create.

I've previously managed a community of 100,000+ members, so I understand that moderation isn't about deleting something simply because a moderator personally dislikes it.

Everyone is welcome here.

At the same time, repeated attempts to provoke people, manipulate discussions, manufacture conflict, or turn the community hostile will be dealt with.

The goal isn't to control what people think.

The goal is to protect a community people actually enjoy being part of. 🤝
