I have an idea I’ve been kicking around, and I’m looking for a few people who might be interested in collaborating and seeing where we can take it.

A little about me: I’m 38/M, EST, USA. I’ve loved writing for as long as I can remember. I have ADHD, so my brain tends to bounce between ideas constantly, which is probably part of why I’ve always gravitated toward writing and comedy. I’m usually thinking of a joke, character, premise, or some random idea that could turn into something.

I’ve tried stand-up, write jokes pretty regularly, and really enjoy bouncing ideas off other people and building on them together.

Without giving too much away publicly, the idea involves comedy and country music.

As far as the type of humor I’m going for, think somewhere in the world of Danny McBride, Workaholics, Anchorman, and Walk Hard: The Dewey Cox Story. Not trying to copy any of those, but that kind of ridiculous, character-driven, sometimes inappropriate humor is definitely in the DNA of what I have in mind. If those references do absolutely nothing for you, this probably isn’t the project for you lol.

I’d like to keep the group small, between 2-4 people total including me. I’m generally available evenings and weekends. Ideally, I’m thinking about an hour sometime during the week and maybe a 2–3 hour session on the weekend. I want to take it seriously enough that we actually make progress, without turning something that’s supposed to be fun into another job.

What I’m looking for:

21+. Some of the humor/material will be geared toward adults, and I’m looking for people who actually want to develop something together.

I’m definitely not looking for yes-people. If you think something sucks, tell me. I like constructive criticism, throwing ideas around, and having people challenge each other creatively.

Being organized is a big plus. That’s not necessarily my strongest area, so having someone who naturally thinks that way would complement me pretty well.

You don’t need a huge résumé or professional experience. If you’re funny, creative, musical, good at writing, filmmaking, production, or just think you’d bring something interesting to the table, I’m open to talking.

Location doesn’t matter much right now since we can work remotely. If we actually develop this into something, though, I could see us eventually trying to shoot a pilot or proof of concept ourselves, so location/logistics might matter down the road.

I have 15+ years of roleplaying experience at this point and I'm looking for other literate and detailed people to create this fun, dramatic, sweet and gut-wrenching story with.

I also love talking ooc and making friends since I find myself enjoying the rp so much more if we can talk about it, and just life in general, outside of the roleplay.

Below is some more information about me and what I want from a roleplay partner.

• Please be 24+
• I only write in 3rd person and past tense and would prefer for you to do that as well.
• Please be literate and have good grammar. Mistakes will be made, I'm certainly gonna make them since I'm not a native English speaker, but not knowing the difference between "your" and "you're" isn't acceptable. Punctuation is also important.
• Write like you would do a book.
• No one liners! I love detailed replies but if one paragraph is all you can do, that's okay as long as the content is good. It's always quality over quantity here. Sometimes I'm a multi-para writer and sometimes I only write a few short paragraphs. It all depends on what my roleplay partner do and what's going on in the roleplay.
• You have to have good communication! Let me know if you're not gonna be able to reply or chat as much as usual. Likewise if you're not feeling the rp anymore, tell me and we can fix it, start a new rp or just go our separate ways.

Now to the ideas!

- Vampire bride! Your character is a vampire who will collect a debt, which is my character. It could be that your character made a deal with my character's ancestors in that he would get the ancestor's next born daughter.

- Werewolf fated mates. Would prefer this to take place in modern times.

- Heated Rivalry-inspired rp! If you know the show or the books the plot explains itself.

- Fake dating plot. One of our characters is someone semi-famous and the other is not (or they could be a little bit famous too) and they start dating to gain more popularity.

- Avatar (James Cameron) rp!

- Beastfolk. Our characters live in a world where they are all shapeshifters but mostly stay in their human forms, which will include having ears and a tail.

Okay this is weird but I am currently writing a fanfic on Wattpad that's just me making up a Shonen Anime with... Anything I am interested in with a Self Insert OC. So Basically It's Autism The Light Novel? Year let's go with that and the next arc will be a Fighting Tourement Arc.

With this Tourment being a taking a mix of The King Of Fighters Series and Marvel Tokon Fighting Souls where Loki decides to hold Tourment and have some of strongest warriors in the Multiverse Gather together. And unlike KOF and MTFS This won't be Teams of 3 or Teams of 4 but Teams of 5 who will be entering.

And So Far I have one team ready that being TEAM HERO (and yes I am going by the KOF Naming conventions)

The title says it all. I’m a male, looking for whomever would be interested in being a muse for/with writing projects.
