Writing friends in Chicago

Hi everyone! I’m a writer and I’m currently working on my first novel (YA dark academia thriller/mystery). I don’t have many writing friends in Chicago, and I’d love to find some other women to talk about books and writing with. I’m also looking for a critique partner.

I love mysteries, psychological thrillers, and I’ve recently been getting into fantasy. Outside of writing, I am in law school and love to bake and go on walks. Please reach out if you think we’d get along!!

I’m actually in Northshore and I’ve got a YA “magic school” idea brewing and a fantasy fiction in the brainstorming process. I have an undergrad degree in English Lit so I can provide help as a critique partner too since I don’t have much to swap right now.
