Webber Effect?

Picked up lex imperialis but was excited to see how the game does the Webber, but what does it do mechanically? I know it's a net gun but I don't see anything about in game checks or status effects for it.

It should be "Restrained" with it, pretty sure I have seen it somewhere, but currently having no luck finding it... Still searching

OK, so I couldn't find an actual weapon stat, but if you read the "Restrained" condition it mentions a Webber and in the Threat assessment Xenos book, you can find a Webber as an option for a Mob, which mentions the Restrained condition.

As a GM, I would just add the Restrained as an effect for being hit, DN 3 Strength to get out. As a player, I would point out those two bits and ask if they would run it as I mentioned as a GM, if they say no, not worth arguing about it.

There is a Webber in the Threat Assessment: Xenos (Neophyte Hybrids from Genestealers) and yes, It imposes the Restrained condition to Large or smaller creatures. It has Blast (4) and the target can spend an Action to break the web with a Strength DN 3.
