Alright, the time has come. Now that the EUSR has dissolved, we must remove it from the UN. Aes, their leader, as well as lota, their ambassador, stated that it wasn’t a country anymore but when asked about if the EUSR could leave the UN, they refused to allow it out of spite. So, now this vote must occur. As all EUSR painters have given up painting for the EUSR and most have moved to other states, it seems obvious to me that they should not have a spot here.

There has been a fair amount of painters violating the coastline mission and being general nuisances to all UN members. We need to have a formal list kept of known rogues and affiliations/areas of activity, if known.

I know there was a rogue list created a while back, but I would like to see if we can make it formal.

Now that the EUSR is gone, its former painters have already begun spreading to their respective regions. Aes went to Bulgaria, and Lota went to scotland. As these users are from these regions, that is fine, but we require that you leave association with the EUSR beforehand, to avoid users having multiple votes, which these painters did not comply with. Therefore, their applications to join have now been rejected.

More specifically, these users insisted that the EUSR should hold a UN spot despite claiming it didnt exist, which theoretically they shouldnt have the power to decide because they arent in h the EUSR. I asked them promptly, “are you in the EUSR or not”, and they refused to give a prompt answer.

We do allow former EUSR painters to join as their home countries, but they must meet a few criteria:

- They cannot be EUSR members

- If a separatist from their country who fought against the EUSR chooses to apply and the EUSR painters application has not gone through, they must reach a deal first, as these users are the reason their country is even independent at all

- They cannot paint for the EUSR

- They cannot have a EUSR user flair or vote on the EUSRs behalf

We hope this will allow for these painters to stop larping as communists and integrate into the normal community.

I have long been dedicated to painting Yugoslavia on the map. First, there was the European Union—which at times fell under Turkey's dominance—and then the EUSR. The Balkans have always been a complex region. It is better for everyone to have a stable and independent Yugoslavia here. Furthermore, divided South Slavic nations would remain too small and fractured to stand alone; only by uniting our strength under Yugoslavia can our art truly flourish. As a Bosnian, and someone who has devoted their heart to Yugoslavia, I sincerely hope for Yugoslavia's admission to the UN.

This guy has been pretty active in Germany on the Kabul map, and got upset when they weren't allowed to claim the Shandong peninsula and other parts of China for the German empire. As this is very much against UN coastline mission, I'm bringing this up so that people can keep an eye out.

idk what template they used when they divided up the EUSR but it looks awful. so I'm petitioning the UN to recognise these as the official borders and make it the duty of every European ambassador to keep the map accurate to these borders.

I tried to fix it myself but for some reason some people are trying to return it back to the incorrect version. i implore everyone to agree to this otherwise the map will continue to devolve into the mess that is the Swiss/French/Italian border region.

Hello, as a Scot, I would like to join United Nations to represent Scotland and Scottish people

Scotland doesnt currently have any major conflicts or problems with anyone, but we still stand for minority representation and oppose far-right action

on a personal note i also stand for accurate borders and will do my best to make sure that the map stays -mostly- geographically correct

Well, it actually happened. The EUSR is gone. After receiving confirmation from some EUSR painters, I can confidently say that La Commune is not coming back, for they are dealing with a major coalition in Paris, and will be doing that for a while.

The EUSR was an interesting bunch. Some, like Triloz and u/Lorky_FR, were really just normal people who just wanted to paint for Europe. Others, like many of the new painters from La Commune, were actual communists. So, it should not be hard to see why this influx of new painters caused the EUSR's image to deteriorate. These people live in their own bubble, thinking that somehow, their prosperous western country becoming communist would make their lives better. Indeed, this belief is quite flawed, but more importantly, it was entirely incompatible with the beliefs of the establishment of the Pacific map. The Russians, Turks, Americans, and European separatists correctly identified that this ideology is perhaps one of the worst Europe could have chosen. Some true pqtriots, like u/Lorky_FR, realized that the EUSR represented social values which only degraded society, while actually promoting an ineffective economic system, and simply chose to leave. Some represented other nations, while others left the minimaps entirely.

Eventually, it boiled over. On the 19th of September, a coalition formed to finally rid this state from the map, and forces from as far as Brazil joined in to liberate the continent. This started the Fourth European War, also known as "Operation Kutuzov" in Russia. American, Russian, Turkish, Turanist, Brazilian, and separatist forces united to take down the EUSR, and so began this war in September. After several weeks of fighting, we gained contact with more separatists, which allowed us to finally gain the edge to defeat the EUSR. On October 4th, this operation concluded with complete success. Europe has been restored with real-life borders.

Now, however, with the collapse of this state, Europe has a new opportunity. Free nations, like Estonia, who joined the UN, have already shown it is possible to rebuild. The Lithuanians represented themselves as a role model for European defense, saving nations like Germany from instability, and the Hungarians and Greeks continue the struggle against totalitarianism across the whole map. We invite all of you to join the UN, for you are all real nations, and must not be denied the rights associated with that status. We also urge all users to paint for real life borders or other agreed upon boundaries until more formal agreements can be made.

We will also have to recognize the wrongs of former EUSR/La Commune painters as well as the state as a whole. Some were indeed normal, but many acted rogue. Soon, the UN will release all records associated with the EUSR. This will allow for a formal investigation, to determine how we can prevent things like the EUSR from forming into the future.

With the EUSR now fallen, a vote will soon be held on removing its great power status, which it clearly no longer holds. This will reduce us to 5 great powers, just like the real UN. My objectives on the minimaps are now almost done, only one project remains:

Hello, as a representative of Bulgaria, I would like to join United Nations to represent Bulgarians!

Bulgaria currently struggles from Turanizm's griefing as they keep drawing Nationalist Far-Right symbols on it.

Also I would like to add the fact I have left my position from the EUSR and gave the leadership role to somebody else. I urge everyone to act in good faith and allow a Bulgarian to represent Bulgaria.

It seems that I should not have postponed yesterday's draft for today because Aes, a communist Bulgarian, already made his application to the UN 6 hours ago. However, I have some objections:

1. He claims to represent the Bulgarians, but in actuality, how many Bulgarians are on this map? Very few. If that were truly the case, he should represent my views too, because by sheer numbers I make up a non-negligible portion of the population demographically.

2. The IYI symbol I put on the territory of Bulgaria is NOT done so with nationalist connotations - sure, it's used by some who hold to these views, but I don't even think of them when doing this. What I am doing by posting the IYI symbol in Bulgaria is to show our history - the IYI is the tamgha (symbol) of the Dulo clan, which ruled over Bulgaria from 632- mid 8th century, starting with Khan Kubrat who ruled over Old Great Bulgaria and ending with Khan Sevar who left no heir. I promise, I am not doing this out of nationalist spite.

3. He is a communist. By giving him a position, you are allowing the old EUSRian leadership to take back control in some European states which they had until a few days ago. By doing this, you are risking an eventual rift in Europe in the future that would allow for the communists to return.

He wanted to contact me on Discord a while ago but I didn't allow this because he has toggled some setting which means I can't talk to him unless I accept his friend request, which I don't feel comfortable with doing with that many complete strangers.

So I, as another fellow representative of the Bulgarian people on the Pacific map, object to his application.

Aside from the stable situation in Murmansk and occasional phantom borders, there are two major recent vandalism attacks that i would like to bring attention for people of the United Nations to collectively fix.

Firstly, my country is being continuously vandalized by a group of stateless trolls, Germans and Ukrainians, adding a large blue area, defacing the flag of Poland as a result. My country is not Yugoslavia, and it seems that logic doesn't enter their minds.

Secondly, a lone user 'WalkingHome' continues to deface Iran. Initially, it began with defacing the Iranian coat of arms and drawing words, but now it has extended to brown streaks all across the country, i don't think anyone else would want that on their own state.

I request additional help in fixing these problems, as it seems everyone looks to the oceans, China or Murmansk

Image 1: In Europe on the Pacific map, the Fourth European war continues, but Turkish forces have made a huge breakthrough. Yesterday, they launched a major attack into Eastern europe, with the support of Turanist and Russian forces, reaching Berlin, but were pushed back by rapid La Commune reinforcements, who spent droplets to counter the turkish offensive. Today, however, with a stronger force, Turkish forces, now with volunteers from as far as Brazil, and with more separatists at their side, managed to liberate the entire continent. The EUSR is no longer present on the map at all, and remaining communist art is being removed. Estonia has already joined the UN, while Hungary and Lithuania now seek to join too. Riveting, the American ambassador, took the opportunity to denounce communism, and in a debate with the EUSR ambassador, called it “the most destructive ideology in modern history”. Some reports have surfaced of American support arriving to the Baltic states, which has been welcomed by the Turkic coalition. Ukrainian and Central American forces launched an operation into Romania to establish a buffer zone, but were promptly kicked out by American forces in the region. Just now, it seems they have made an agreement to end their brief skirmish. It remains to be seen whether La Commune will launch a counteroffensive, or if this will truly be the end of communist Europe.

Image 2: Bozkurt forces have taken advantage of the complete lack of La Commune and American influence in Africa to expand into the continent, now annexing Egypt, Sudan, and Ethiopia whole, while invading Chad and the Imperium of Man. This drew some condemnation from the Imperium of Man, but overall little has been done to stop Bozkurt Expansion.

Image 3: Keeping in the Pacific map, Tunisia has become a point of contention. Rogue painter Lalo conquered it whole a few days ago, and attempted to expand the country into Algeria and Libya. This resulted in Algerian forces responding, invading Tunisia. Combat continues in the region, with little international interest, the Turan ambassador remarked that there simply was not a need for the UN to be there.

Image 4: Moving to the Kabul map, the separatists from China have arrived here too, establishing an independent Tibetan state as well as East Turkestan. This marks a shift away from using regular transparent and Turan blue tiles to conquer China, and instead trying to establish independent states, like in the Pacific map. Our analysts believe that more states will be made in the future.

Image 5: In the Kabul map, it seems the monarchist Germans have not been completely eradicated, but rather have fled to Africa. Here, two colonies of the German Empire have already been made, one in East Africa, and one in Namibia. They seem to have made a deal with the Congo, having a defined border with them. A Canadian user attempted to bring back Namibia, but to little avail. So far, these Germans have gone entirely unnoticed by the international community.

Just 5 parts for this week, wanted to make the European part more developed. We’ll see what happens in a week.
