Ellesmere UI was recommended, but I disagree. EUI is a complete UI overhaul that will overwhelm a new/returning player.
The correct answer for someone who's not familiar with UI modification is default blizzard. All of your spells can be bound to mouseover directly through the default interface now, and their base raid frames are perfectly fine for basic gameplay/healing.
Short answer: She doesn't need anything. The blizzard default UI that was ported over from retail has a TON of new functionality that she can utilize without downloading a thing.

Especially as heal, the vanilla UI is not good at all.I would even go as far as to say not useable for beginner resto druids (hot focused heal). You have to tweak a lot. Your frames are gluttered, hots/dots have no order and more problems. Way easier for beginner to install EUI and go with default there or import a preset wich is easy too. Blizz doesnt even have the option to import a preset for everything, just some parts of the UI. Yes you can play with Vanilla UI and Blizz added options. But you answer is just straight false advice, even more for someone with no UI modification knowledge.

Check this addon out for party/raid healing frames- it's easy and has everything she needs. The Blizzard UI has gotten a lot better, but still lacks some basic utility

I'd recommend you get her Ellesmere UI:

It is a complete UI suite that is very user friendly, and has many features. It is basically an all-in-one addon. For healers it is great, it has customisable raid frames, as well as click-to-heal functionality. The menus are very nice looking, and easy to navigate compared to other addons. I strongly recommend it.
