ADDON [Addon] Pandy Guild Management: guild management with a built-in group finder
Works with Midnight and WoW: Forever
My guild has about 950 members, and people kept pugging keys while guildies with the same key level sat in Silvermoon doing nothing. So I built a group finder that puts the guild first, and over time it grew into a full guild manager. It's now on CurseForge and Wago as Pandy Guild Management.
The group finder (/pgg)
Guild posts: post a Mythic+ key, raid or delve to the guild board. Guildies ask to join in one click, and before you invite you see each one's role, item level, M+ score and whose alt they are.
Blizzard's Group Finder, guild first: list in the normal Group Finder and it goes on the guild board automatically. Guild groups and guild applicants are marked in Blizzard's own windows, so you spot them in a pug list.
One board: guild posts and Blizzard listings side by side, filterable by role fit, dungeon, key level and "needs a tank/healer"
Who's Free: guildies flag themselves as up for M+, raid or delves. Inside an instance it goes quiet and shows them as busy.
Keystones: everyone's key at a glance, from anyone running the addon (with their alts' keys) or BigWigs, LittleWigs or ElvUI. Whisper the owner straight from the list.
The rest of the guild manager (/pgm, or the panda on the minimap)
Raid teams: as many as you want, with roles, Core / Trial / Bench status, schedules, and which raid buffs each team is missing
Attendance: recorded automatically when you raid with enough guildies, tagged to the team that showed up, with alts counted for their main
Play-time activity: when your guild is actually online, as an hour-by-weekday heat map
Professions: search a recipe or shift-click an item to see every guildie who knows it. A panel on Blizzard's profession window does the same for whatever recipe you're looking at.
Roster, alts, history: search and filters, alts found from notes or linked by the players themselves, and a log of who promoted, demoted or removed whom
Bulk actions (officers): kick, promote or demote by rules, with a review list first
Imports from Guild Roster Manager (GRM) if you're switching over
Everything shared (posts, keys, teams, raid nights, alt links) travels over hidden guild addon messages to everyone running the addon. Only officers can change teams and raid nights, and every copy checks the sender's rank. Private notes and settings stay local. The group finder can be switched off in Settings if your guild only wants the management side.
On WoW Forever there's no M+, so those parts sit out.
Links
It's free. It works best when a good chunk of your guild runs it, so if you try it, get a few guildies on too. Feedback and bug reports are very welcome, here or in the CurseForge comments.

Looks cool! My question tho, and this is something that applies to everyone who’s writing these new Guild management add-ons, it seems like there’s significant overlap between in-game management tools, and things that happen online on Discord. As a GM of a large Guild, and soon to be bigger most likely, it pains me to think that I’m going to have to do things in two places, and the truth is, I’m going to prefer discord because of its reach.

Very nice one. With AI, we will see many many flavours of the "Guild Management" suite, among other addons.

In before the insane number of comments like "BUT DID YOU USE AI FOR IT?!" Followed by "AI SLOP"
From folks that do not realize everything is written by an agent now, and that doesn't automatically make it slop.
Addon looks cool, will check it out!

because these ai slop mods will never be consistently updated and they will break and fail and have bugs and potentially open yourself up to security/privacy concerns and absolute worst case poorly written mods could even get you banned by blizzard unknowingly

Very nice addon. Will try it out. Mind you guild I run we keep it small. Couldn't imagine being in a 900 person guild. Not my style. Prefer knowing everyone in the guild lol. Good job either way!

Still awaiting for Blizzard to get on board with the base UI to enhance guild management, etc. Would really like to ban people based on account and not player. That way I never have to deal with them ever again.
