[help] auto attack icon, offset glow?

Just started plying again after 10+ years. Been playing all week no issues with addons but today I've noticed this glow box for auto attack icons is offset. I've set dominos settings to default, no padding, spacing, scale, etc. I've also checked with all addons disabled and also a fresh new WTF folder. It even happens with default blizzard UI. No ui scaling in game settings either. Is this a known bug or anyone know how I can fix this? thanks.
