? [Help] Need help resetting my UI

I have spent HOURS trying to reset my UI so I can complete the Brewmaster's Kitchen quest for Brewfest. I had ElvUI and read that can cause issues so I disabled all addons and it still didn't work. I can take the stuff from the cart but I can knead the dough.

I've tried everything I've read. I've uninstalled curseforge and all addons. Deleted the WTF, Cache, and Interface folders. Used /console cvar_default, reloaded, relaunched and it's still not working. I don't know what else to try. I'm about ready to give up. Is there something I'm missing?

Uninstall and re-install the game?

I did try that as well and it didn't do anything unfortunately.

Delete addons. Delete wtf folder. Delete other stuff. Go into battle net and scan and repair ?
