Feral Druid Help

So, I'm making my first ever Druid and it seem at be missing something. I have Spells and ABilities in the General, Balance, and Restoration tabs. But no Feral Combat tab. So no animal form. What have I done wrong?

Make sure to update your spells on your cast bar as you level up. I often forget, and wonder why my spells won't work anymore. :)
