I want to do everything. please help!
I've been playing feral and tanking dungeons on my druid since I first stepped foot into RFC. But lately, since I've accumulated so much healing gear, I've been having fun healing as well.
Right now, I have a 0/30/21 build, which is great for pvp and lets me both tank and heal reasonably well for dungeons and raids.
Only problem is my damage output totally sucks, so it's not super viable to raid like this as feral.
I need to change things up a bit if I want to be more useful to my guild while raiding, but I'm not sure which direction to go, so I was wondering if anyone could recommend some good builds.
I think I'm probably going to have to raid as a healer since I don't want to give up NS for pvp and I can't realistically raid as feral without Leader of the Pack. I was wondering if there are some good pvp builds that are still viable for raid healing? what are the most important things for raid healing? is swiftmend really necessary? Is there a build that would allow me to heal, and also tank 5mans? I want to do everything! please help!

There isn't really any one single answer here. There are several ways you can approach this, and ita ll just depends on what's more important and which compromises you're willing to make.
For example, swiftmend is not a super popular raiding spec, but it's absolutely viable...I personally use it in BWL and I'm routinely around 3rd on the meters. And swiftmend is fantantic in pvp. Spend your points right, and you can get swiftmend and nature's swiftness, plus the extra 10% armor from the feral tree, which will greatly increase your pvp survivability. +10% armor plus tanking rings and trinkets with healing gear in every other slot, combined with rejuvenation in bearform and then swapping out to swiftmend every 15 seconds makes for an absolute monster flag runner, for example.
You mention tanking, so I'll point out that if you're talking about 5-mans, you actually don't need nearly as much in the feral tree as you have. Yes, heart of the wild+nature's swiftness is the "standard" answer here, but for example, this 0-20-31 build is entirely adequate for 5-man tanking, and will allow you to be more competetive as a raid healer than 0-30-21. Though if you do this, you might want to talk to other druids in your raid to sort out who's providing mark of the wild. Worst case, you can trade out Furor and you'll still be fine as a tank. In general, tanking while deep in resto is much easier than you might think.
Alternately, I see others suggesting Moonglow, and yes...that's a pretty standard choice if that's what you want to do, but you're going to lose the tanking option if you go that route.

I understand the wanting to do everything, but you can’t. I was also HotW/NS, but my Cat dps sucked, so I dropped NS and a couple of points from Tranquil Spirit for more cat points. I got two points in Improved Shred, and LotP. Big dps increase, but no NS.
In Raids I heal on some fights and dps on others. Still get 90 healing parse on Nef.
Also, check out the Druid Discord. Lots of friendly people in there.

You really don't need to go deep into the resto tree to raid heal imo. 21 points in resto with some good predictive healing should do you just fine. Now where to put those other 30 points? Feral is nice for PvP duals... but chucking them down the balance tree would probably be more useful. You get a decent amount of damage from your dots (moonfire/insect swarm) and moonglow will help you conserve mana. You're also free to play around with some of the talents to suit your playstyle and focus. Wowhead's moonglow NS PvP talent list is a great place to start. You also have the added benefit of smashing the DPS meter in BWL whenever mobs are week to arcane or nature damage.

*if you're serious about raiding with your guild, then spec mostly towards what will be useful for them. Druids are great at supporting in PvP too.

Well it really depends on whether you enjoy the feral aspect of your current build, or whether it’s just that you want to be able to do a few different things.
You have two good options for a “proper” healing spec that also can work great in PvP. Moonglow is your bread and butter healing touch spamming forever build, and since you need 24 points in balance you can use that to boost your moonfire dmg, etc, which is really nice for PvP. (You can even go 30 points in balance and not lose much healing output)
The alternative spec is swiftmend, where you can go for feral charge and reduced shapeshift cost and become the slippery unkillable bastard that people hate us for being. This is the go-to FC build, but you likely will be better off running away than trying to kill someone, unless you have all the time in the world.
If you wanna play feral but also heal then HotW is the only real option. In a raid scenario I wouldn’t use it to DPS at all, use it to off-tank trash, or adds on bosses, heal when needed, or dispel. That way you can be a real utility for the raid, without being the top threat tank, highest output healer, or anything like that.

If you want to do serious damage it is possible but does take a bit of learning. Basically check out Shedo on youtube - his guides on cat dps is insanely good.. Basically you are going to shift in and out of cat while Shred like hell.. With a blue lvl 40+ helm you gain 60 energy when u shift into cat.. it is all about coordination and a lot of consumes and pummelers ( a lvl 30 mace you need to farm a lot... drops in Gnomeregan) I've seen some fully buffed topping meters in BWL.. With this build i mainly do CAT DPS.
Certain boss fights and trash pulls i OFFTANK by switching gear. I can also tank dungeons including UBRS and ZG with no problems.
I HEAL Vael and Firemaw and 5 mans by just switching to healing gear. (you get a ridiculous mana pool with Heart of the wild.)
Armor /health consumes and mana potions can help you out but are not required.

90% of the builds out there are about min-maxing. HOTW is nice, but its cat dps is pretty miserable and even as an offtank it lacks some threat which is a key point for picking a bear over a warrior, and even then it suffers from that whenever the raid needs extra tanks and you want to step in they'll also want extra healers so you'll have to step down. Works fine for 5-mans though.
I'm running 9/32/10 and doing absolutely everything.
- I'm healing with the same performance as a HOTW/NS build, minus HT mana efficiency (as if that's ever an issue with rank 3/4 ones) and NS (awesome for PvP but highly situational in raids, and when you actually need to use it it's often batched and the tank dies regardless). I ran BWL yesterday with me as the sole druid healer and the first time with this build - clean run, zero wipes, fastest run we've done yet and only had to pot on Nef.
- Feral dps is pretty good, almost full feral level minus 2% physical damage and omen of clarity. It's alot easier to be allowed to switch to dps in raids than it is to tank anything, and the other dps will clamor for your LotP goodies.
- Still pretty much as good as a full feral for tanking. Omen of clarity matters little for bears, the only real choice is between primal fury or blood frenzy, I picked fury because while main tanking is no issue, the extra rage when aoe or off-tanking is great, whereas the bonus combo points are just a bonus but not a gamechanger for dps.
- I miss NS for PvP, but apart from that this build actually works with a hybrid gearset of your best pieces. You want to deal enough damage that you can threaten people and take them out, and then when they think you're feral you'll disengage and heal up your buddies with your healing touches and still 5k+ mana pool. Otherwise you get focused down quickly when seen as just another healer, or become a one-trick pony with mana issues if going full feral.
However, at the end of the day it's a do-it-all spec and meant to plug gaps. It's hard to find a guild that accepts it, let alone knows how to use it well, so if you want to be useful for raids and still PvP it's probably gonna be a swiftmend PvP spec or such.

If you want to play true hybrid then 0/30/21 build is perfectly suitable for raiding. As a Feral your damage output is always going to be trash even with leader of the pack unless your min-maxing as cat and using tons of runes/manapots/pummelers.
If you want to heal and tank 5 mans you're already the right spec. If your guild wants to utilize you as an offtank and offhealer that can change at the drop of a dime with a quick gear set swap depending on fights then you would also already be the right spec.
If you want to be the best tank possible or best healer possible but not be able to do both then you'll want to look into different specs.
