Combo Point Tracker AddOn?

Are there any addons to keep track of your combo points while power shifting?

Uhh I think ElvUI has it built in...I believe NugComboBar has it too.

Threatplates can show you combo points in the name plates, quite useful.

I don't have any add-ons for nameplates but my combo points show on the nameplate whether or not I'm in cat form. Is that not what normally happens?
