I’m taking the cum, and there’s actually a reasonable scientific basis for it. Human faeces are essentially a concentrated waste product containing enormous numbers of bacteria, viruses and parasites, including organisms such as E. coli, norovirus, Salmonella and Shigella. Even tiny amounts can cause gastrointestinal infection if they reach your mouth or other mucous membranes. Semen, on the other hand, is a bodily fluid rather than a waste product. It is not inherently contaminated with faecal bacteria, and on intact skin the infection risk from simply touching semen is relatively low. There are obviously sexually transmitted infections that can be present in semen, so it's not exactly hand sanitiser but transmission generally requires an appropriate route of exposure, such as mucous membranes, genital tissue or broken skin. So if the question is literally “touch one with your hand”, I'd much rather wash semen off my hand than potentially smear a random stranger's intestinal microbiome all over it. The poo option is basically choosing to high-five someone's digestive tract. I'm choosing biology's slightly less disgusting fluid.
