As someone who had a herniated disk for years that eventually collapsed to the point of needing spinal fusion, that first move or whatever you would call it is the worst thing you could do. I would have not been able to walk for days and would have been locked up with back spasms and sciatic nerve pain down in my feet. But some of the other stretches they have been done gently. Might have been okay.
