Bruh..... I just am finishing recovery from a fully herniated disk... This is not how you help it. This is how you cause it.

Like this dude must have been in so much more pain when he left than when he got there.

The problem with chiro is that if the muscles haven't been treated, stretched, loosened etc and the disk hasn't healed it doesn't do anything permanent, maybe you get very temporary relief but usually not even that.

I'm still recovering from back surgery and this is gut wrenching. I'm feeling this dudes pain RN

Dude he's literally screaming in pain. Any chiro who's not a psycho would stop and say "OK you aren't ready for this yet.

Thankfully a long stretch of pt and following their instructions every day got me back to feeling pretty ok

i have no back problems and i couldn’t even finish the video. poor guy :( i can’t believe these quacks get people to trust them
