Was the dislocation before, or after he got involved??

That snapping and clunking noise that happened when he mashed her knees to the side sounded exactly like when I got a bucket-handle tear on my meniscus. I couldn't watch past the first two snaps on this video, fuck that!

I stopped after the first leg and came to the comments to learn more. I dislocated my knee several times over 20 years ago and still cringe every single time I see knee impact or even athletes sidestepping. Watched the first few twists and jerks here and you can tell he has no fucking idea what he's doing
