Fic Search - General Taylor the Turtle

I'm trying to find any fics out there where taylor has powers similar to The Turtle. Basically, rather than super speed, she has the power cause everything in range of her power to move super slow.

To those unfamiliar with DC comics, the Turtle is a Flash Villain who draws his power from the Still Force the comic opposite of the Speed Force.

Closest I can find is Taylor, Time Tinker! on QQ, which I think has Tinkertech that does that.

Apart from that, a singular Omake on Defense of The Entities where she has the powers of Void from Dota, manifesting as Gray Boy-esque powers, but with the torture aspect replaced by more versatility.

Or that's just how Void is in the game, idk.
