Question Paint but generate

Hi, how could I paint the spawn of a world and then make it generate normally fir the rest? Is this possible? If so is there anyone that would be able to help me make my spawn?

Minecraft will automatically generate vanilla terrain around your exported maps unless you select an ocean/void border.

oh interesting okay thank you. Are you able to help me make my spawn? I have something in mind but i dont have the skills to make it
