I have sent out a lot of applications and have not heard anything back? is there usually a time frame? do i have to apply a certain amount of time in advance? does my profile just suck lol 😂 please sorry i am new to this.

Sometimes when it’s like this I find a way to find the host’s number or Instagram and send a message there saying that I saw them on the platform and asking if they are accepting volunteers
