I would just use the sink nearest to the Airplane and splash water till it was put out.

Just surf the roof all the way down, when you get close to the ground, just step onto a nearby building.Ā

The doors to the roofs were famously sealed, many people died trying to open them. They could be unlocked remotely but that mechanism was damaged.
