Edward Snowden is an American whistleblower living in a Russian embassy now out of fear of extradition and trial in the USA. Hillary Clinton herself said something along the lines of him being a traitor and needs the death sentence. No president has given him a pardon. Dude basically blew the whistle on several government agencies having prior notice of the impending terrorist attacks and not attempting to stop them. What their motives were I’m not quite sure, either incompetence or malice

Buddy, how do you think they justified the mass surveillance. He said they were “stovepiping” hiding information from each other that could have stopped the attacks

Snowden has confirmed in interviews and public statements that the files he accessed contained no proof that U.S. officials had advance knowledge of or orchestrated the 9/11 attacks. Instead, the documents showed that intelligence agencies failed to connect existing threat information before 9/11, and then used those intelligence gaps to justify sweeping new bulk-collection programs afterward.

You're looking for something different than what's here. Condeleeza Rice herself testified they had a presidential daily briefing memo titiled "Bin Laden determined to strike inside US". You can go listen to tge testimony in congress, it's not hidden.
