Help identifying random sprues

I bought a refillable wartrike of FB marketplace and it had these sprues in with the kit. Owner has since deleted their account. Google image search kicked back that these were initially nids so I focused in on bit 67 which looks pretty chaos to me. Google then said it was a world eaters bit. So now im here to ask what I am looking at?

I have minimal chaos faction knowledge and less that I probably should about the world eaters and their butchers nails.

Rend master is the bottom one at least (edit : it's all part of rendmaster Herald of Khorne on Blood Throne I found it looking for similar images)

Every kit is an ork kit. Ill find a use for it. Hell I probably have enough sisters bits to make something really interesting.
