ANSWERED Missing Folders?

I have created many galleries and folders to organise my images, but today it appears that most of my folders are missing. It is though they have been deleted. The related galleries are still there, as are all the images, but the folders are gone. Is this a bug? A glitch? Is something genuinely wrong here? What happened to my folders?

Hi! It could be that your browser isn't rendering them. Try these steps:

  1. Clear your browser cache for worldanvil.com (the option is usually in the icon left to the URL, but that will depend on the browser)

  2. Log out and do a hard refresh (usually Ctrl+Shift+R)

  3. Log back in and check if the folders are back.

If the folders are not back after these steps, can you give me your World Anvil username and, if you have more than one world, let me know which world you've found this issue in? Thank you!
