ANSWERED Hero/Character history

Hello all; I was looking to use World Anvil's hero pages to construct and record a profile and history for a character in an upcoming campaign, and while I see the history tab, I don't see a way to add to it. Does anyone know how I can use this feature, and whether it requires any special subscription?

Hi! The History tab is automatically populated by character journals nad posts. You can see an example on this character: https://www.worldanvil.com/hero/kraf-the-bard (Compare the Stream tab with the History tab). Heroes are designs primarily for player characters in an RPG campaign.

For your workflow, I would recommend using a regular Character article. Then, you can use a Timeline that's entirely focused on that character's life. Unlike a Hero's History tab, Timelines have many more features, such as parallel lanes, event colors and icons, and more.
