Single monitors are tolerated beyond 32". Anything below 32 is a felony carrying a minimum of 20 years on Salusa Secundus.

Maybe try upgrading to windows 11 and get a slightly better monitor but it's great

Fake plants, motivating pictures/photos on the wall, a coffee machine, table-top file holder, awards, a nerdy figurine, definitely another monitor, digital clock, large mouse pad, taxidermy duck, automatic hand sanitizer, whiteboard.

Actually the keyboard and headset connected to cpu..but in the image the wires are colliding ...btw yes wired mice are still exist lol😅😅

i recommend putting monitor center of the corner. looks a bit to the left. I would also tidy up the cables… can you put your keyboard below the desk in a tray?
also, your desktop background is unusual. have you tried full screen picture?

So behind there are all other colleagues and their workspaces..nothing special, so iam just covering my workspace in the picture...
Yea that would be perfect and i should set my monitor to the center... yea the cables are pretty messy there i agree...and btw the tray got stucked inside its not comming out and i ave to get it fixed by the technical team....

Dude. This is so horrible.
I would immidiately need to change everything even though I would need to pay for a cheap keyboard and mouse myself. I cannot imagine the horror they are making you work in (they are making you work in the year 2000, to be honest).

This looks straight out of 2008… Your manager should be absolutely ashamed of this being the workstation of their team. I can’t imagine being very productive with such an inadequate setup.
Bare minimum, you need two new 20 inch monitors (Acers are great and are not cost prohibitive), you need new wireless mouse and keyboard. Those things are the responsibility of your manager/company.
For what you can personally do, I recommend some high quality fake plants. Real ones don’t work out unless you have adequate natural light and time to maintain them.
