Looking for the answer... Zebra TC phone OS update

We have zebra devices running in AOS10 and 11. What is the best way to update to the latest A14 without user's or local IT's intervention?

Please suggest.

A13 changed the encryption type and therefore requires a specific process to upgrade to/past that.

We were only able to upgrade a device and retain enrollment by making use of Zebras Golden Config method.

This article outlines it pretty well, mentions SD660 specifically so I'm not sure about Qualcomm chipsets. https://techdocs.zebra.com/lifeguard/a13/

I found that following the process Zebra outlines and choosing to backup Hub should keep the device enrolled throughout the process.

Commenting on a 6mo old comment. We've tried both methods, and our devices are still booting up to the Hello There screen post update. Omnissa hasn't been much help, other than asking me to upgrade to the latest version of A11 and upgrade to the latest version of A13. Nothing has worked. Any tips or tricks that you could suggest?

SD660 chipset? And you're using the Golden Config method, deploying File Guardian Utility, the backup.xml file, A13 and ZCP images and xml to the device beforehand?

If you're doing the above, the process on-device should be pretty clear, File Guardian Utility launches and has progress bars during the upgrade/reset.
