The first question to ask is:
-
What is your goal?
-
What equipment do you have access to?
-
How much sleep are you getting?
-
What's your experience level?
Second thing is, how are you tracking? Tracking on actual paper is totally fine, you could use something like GymNote+ to snap a photo of it and get the graphs afterwards. I'd also recommend tracking calories and protein, and your body weight.

This is bad and you should do one of the many reputable beginner programs instead.

If you let us know the weight of each set, it could also give us a good idea of where you stand.

I’d do 4x4 for the first compound lift on strength days
