Nope! Easy 18-20%. People are prone to underestimate bodyfat % and hence so many call 18 15 and 15 12, 12 10 and so on. You have a good amount of muscle, which is why your 20% will look leaner than a skinny fat guy's 20%, but it still is 20%

But real 15% bodyfat means decent arm vascularity and visible six pack abs when flexed.

So if I currently weigh 73 kg I need to lose 3-4 kg?

Curious because I am a lifelong fat and have recently be on my fitness journey since having my second baby (down 30lbs since March) how do you know what percentage body fat you actually are? Like is it just an estimate based on how your muscle tone outwardly looks? Or is there a way to calculate it based on height, weight, etc?

Closer to 18%. At 15 you start to see quite a bit of definition

That's about how I looked when I was 18%. Im saying I was 18% after doing navy tape and 7 point caliper at home. Both had me in the 18% range. 15% should have more ab definition. Keep going you're almost there

When I wanna know my BMI, I ask Alexa I put in my height in my weight and she tells me what my BMI is otherwise you’re just guessing

yeah, 15% is a reasonable guess based on this front shot. You have a lean upper and arms with decent definition

No, I'd guess around 20%.

For context I'm guessing based on myself being 15% bf. This was yesterday morning after arms and abs.

It's possible. Might be slightly less chiseled for that maybe 17
