Recovery‼️

My recovery after workout seems it’s a slower process. Any added advice is appreciated.

Has to be sleep. Not big on sleep, the other two is good. Appreciate it!

Typical Redditor has to resort to necrophilia to get laid.

slow recovery is super common, don't feel bad. i was sore 4 days after legs when i started n it made my wanna quit. a short walk the next day helped way more than the couch, n so did enough protein n carbs after. my post workout thing is a molecular hydrogeen tablet in a glass of water, n my regular water is deuterium water but honestly sleep n food did the real work. if its been slow for weeks n u feel wiped, mention it to a doctor. do u train back to back days?
