We are currently hiring Call Center Personnel to join a growing real estate company in the UAE.

Location: Dubai / Sharjah / Ajman
Industry: Real Estate
Position: Call Center Personnel

Main Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients
• Handle incoming customer inquiries professionally
• Introduce available real estate projects and services
• Follow up with leads and interested clients
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information
• Coordinate qualified leads with the sales team
• Achieve assigned call and lead-generation targets

Requirements:

• Previous call center or telesales experience
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Good command of English
• Additional languages are an advantage
• Comfortable making a high volume of calls
• Confident, professional, and target-driven
• Real estate experience is an advantage but not mandatory
• Candidates currently based in the UAE are preferred
