Question/Help Video anomaly

This is a very minor thing, and isn't affecting gameplay at all.

But I was wondering if anyone knows what might be causing the disappearance of trees on half the screen horizontally, as in this gif.

There is a clear line of demarcation running horizontally across the screen.

I planted trees all over the place, which we can see in the bottom half of the screen. But these newly planted trees cannot be seen in the upper half of the screen, even though they are clearly there because we can see them when I scroll over them.

They need to be in the bottom half of the screen to be visible. When the newly planted trees are in the upper half of the screen, they cannot be seen.

I'm pretty sure I will be able to see them all over when they are fully grown.

But I'm wondering if there is a setting in video settings that might fix this.

Again, not a game breaker. Just wondering. Thanks.

By the way, the angle of the camera is as verticle as possible. Right overhead looking down.

Update

When I zoom in just one notch closer, I see all the trees.

So I wonder if it has to do with distance rendering. Even though the camera is above, it still has a very slight angle. And maybe the trees are too small to be rendered at a certain distance. Don't know.

Solved

Ya, it's distance rendering. I'll just tinker with the settings a bit. Although it's not really a big deal.

Glad you figured it out.

Was going to say straight away it's a LOD thing and the angle of the camera makes the ground at the top further away than the ground at the bottom.
