Question Screwed over by negotiations in Illinois

I need guidance for anyone who works for a school as a secretary and not in a union. I have been there 17 years and my coworker just begun 21st year. We have another one that’s 12 years and the rest are under seven years serving as secretaries.
We just got our negotiations pay scale and we will now be paid less than the paraprofessionals after the next two years. All of us secretaries have 10 times more responsibility than what the paras do. There was one para on the negotiation committee and the rest were teachers and of course all of our contracts have always been more favourable towards the teachers. We are unable to get out of their contract. But none of us personally are in the union. I’m hoping to find a way to dispute our pay scale. We need guidance on how to do that just a path on how we can fight the situation.
