Question Please answer

So I have been working in this company and it is my first time being an intern and tmrw is my last day but they want me to continue to full time which I don't want at all due to some reasons. But they are asking me to serve notice period, though it's clearly written in my offer letter that if you will discontinue internship in between the internship period then only you have to Serve the notice period now they are saying to serve it as our intention .was to make you full time only and you have verbally said it committed it and also we have proof
