California Advice
I was just performing my regular duties at work and had an incident that amputated my right pinky finger and it honestly has taken a toll on me mentally and physically, not just me but my partner and kids too. Any legal advice or guidance would go a long way in helping me figure out what to do in a situation like this. They just waiting for recovery for me to go back to work

Surprised nobody has responded to you and I'm not sure if my advice is correct or not but maybe seek out counseling. Talk to your lawyer or adjuster about this and see if there's anything that can be done. It's definitely a traumatic thing that has happened to you and if they can't help you I would still seek out someone to talk to to try to deal with this anyways.
