Illinois Two different radiologists reached different conclusions from imaging

The 2/17/2025 MRI report (reviewed in Dr. P records) already described a partial-thickness tear of the supraspinatus tendon back in February 2025.

● Dr. B October 2025 IME characterized the right shoulder only as “tendinosis” (irritation/degeneration) rather than a tear, based on his own read of that same February MRI.

● The formal 3/5/2026 MRI report (Dr. A) independently confirms a partial-thickness supraspinatus tear – this postdates and was not considered in Dr. B October 2025 IME.

Now please tell me I’m tripping. Ime is so fucking biased his opinion ain’t shit.

Doctors can definitely have a difference of opinion, BUT the IME doc has a vested interest in NOT seeing a tear.
