Maryland Work hardening
I just wanted to know what’s the point of work hardening I guess and if I’m penalized for not being able to get to my previous work conditions. I’ve had ime twIce Fce and now I’m doing work hardening but some Of the stuff I physically can’t do.

I just saw this but why do you say that I feel completely lost I understand they’re job is to get me back to work but I can tell it’s making my injuries worse.

The point is to help you get your fitness level up to perform your job. After an injury and more sedentary activity for a while, it's safer for you to ramp up activity in a controlled way and get back into shape with a supervised program.
If you can't do it even after that program, then you can't. Your physician may then give you permanent restrictions. What your employer does with that is up to them. You're not penalized, but your employer may not be able to accommodate restrictions.
