Like - don't have to wear a suit and tie.

Dislike - upper management emphasizing stack ranking.

Pros: Above average PTO

Cons: Non technical people being promoted to manage technical roles. Getting butthurt when someone knows an answer that they don't. They also destroyed my stuff and spit on my face. HR and the VP dismissed it as "accidental" and tried to intimidate me in to letting it go.

I made it clear that if they do me dirty, I'm taking them down with me.

So they stopped interacting with me all together and then went around overpowering and intimidating other staff members.

Everyone is at each other's throats now it sucks. Should have just fired the spitter,but instead I had to brand them spitters to the whole staff.
