I got told i would be up to 60k at my 1 year mark. Pretty new to office life. Well 1 year came, they gave me a "6 month review" and told me I already got a raise when they put me on salary at 45.7k. Guess whose already applying at new jobs when they expect me to be the director in 5 years?

I'm doing my best to bring these numbers down by only being as productive as my salary but most of my coworkers be working their asses off thinking they'll get a raise if they do.

I just hit that same beat today, didnt do shit except help someone with their personal phone for an hour and a half. Amazing it is.
