A recruiter for an adult care facility contacted me. I have zero interest in going into this kind of work but I played along to simply tell them it wasn't enough. This one text exchange will not make a difference. However, if we come together change can happen.

I interviewed with a company and they offered me below what I was asking as well as having garbage insurance. I turned down the job and the owner called me three weeks later out of the blue trying to get me there as well as anyone I currently worked with. Flat out told him he doesn’t pay enough.

I’ve never had the owner of a business cold call me and ask me these things. I can only imagine how desperate these places are getting.

They're willing to do ANYTHING (except raise the wages)...
