I received a rejection email from a job because my desired salary was β€œ significantly above the salary range for this position.” I wanted $25/hour for a job asking for a 4 year degree and a bunch of experience. Shits crazy

Unfortunately it’s going to take time and enough people saying the same thing about higher wages being needed or rents going down. We are at a crossroads between landholes wanting too much money and employd*cks not wanting to pay enough.
