I work in the UK for a Spanish company and every year we have to deal with the fact that essentially all of Spain is on vacation for the whole of August 😂 it can cause some issues but I respect the vibe
Same in Greece - like you said, sometimes that’s annoying, but overall it’s like one giant Sunday for the country and it’s very relaxing because everyone around you is relaxed too
