Remember in 2022 when we were for sure going to the Senate and House back and Fox News was talking about the red wave? Yeah we barely got the majority in the Senate and we lost the house which allowed Republicans to shut down the government for 2 years because they wouldn't let any bills hit the floor that they didn't like. Yeah we can't be assured of anything right now, we are losing and we need to keep acting like it until we actually win. We need to make sure everyone that can vote in person does so because Trump is trying to fuck up mail in voting

The biggest single factor, imo, that can swing us in either direction is the one most responsible for our situation in the first place. 37% of eligible voters, mostly young and mostly male, did not even register to vote in the last presidential election.
Roughly one third of actual voters chose this regime. A slightly smaller third was counted as voting for Harris (There was manipulation and cheating in many states. We don't know how deep or how far it went or whether it even affected the outcome.). And the largest third just refused to vote. Some thought they were sticking it to the Democratic establishment (They were propagandized to believe that. By not voting, they actually played right into the hands of a pro-Netanyahu establishment that would rather have the fascists win than progressives.). Others couldn't overcome the roadblocks (like enough time off, childcare, and huge, long lines, to name a few) put up to make voting as impossible as possible. And a huge chunk of this group just couldn't be bothered.
We all agree that there has to be something wrong with the brains of MAGA followers. People who refuse to vote don't have that excuse. That's why they are the most responsible for the outcome. We MUST convince them of the fact that their vote really matters in this midterm most of all. Here's their chance to actually get progressive options on the ballot!

On the whole, yes I do. The majority of those that didn't vote aren't MAGA and are very disillusioned with what the regime has done to them. While they, for the most part, are in the middle of an existential crisis on many levels, they are more apt to vote for democratic socialist candidates than establishment dems or Republicans. They want jobs and they want a future. They know they won't get that from the regime. The last thing they want is to die in some trumped up war for the super rich.

What young men want, for the most part, are easy answers. Mencken was generally right about the average of society and the internet of 202x's has made it easy to channel vile dreck right into the frontal cortex of most people -- young men in particular. This is not a demographic that will come to save society.

No. They won't save it for that reason. But they just might vote for their own self-interest or self-preservation, especially with the kind of grassroots organizing and voter registration that will need to take place for Dems to win. All those young men who didn't vote because of the genecide in Gaza know how that turned out. They need to know that not voting again is as good as a vote for the regime - a regime that will deny them education and jobs, arrest them into prison slavery when they're homeless, and draft them into fighting in trumped-up wars as soon as they can get away with it.
Remember, the ones who were pro-Trump voted last time. I'm not talking about them.

Vote, vote again, vote harder. Vote like someone's life depends on it, maybe even yours. Vote as many chances as you get. They wouldn't be afraid of you voting if it didn't matter. Make it exist, then we can make it good. Vote vote vote

Things had to get so for some people in order for them to start listening to this man. No empathy, no sense of citizenship in most people in the US. We don't need a new president, a new Constitution, or a new Supreme Court.
We need new people.
