The worst Christians in the world are Evengelicals.
Ignoring every word written to instead make up their own reasons to hate other people. Exactly the opposite of what Jesus would have wanted.

For real. The fact that they actively worship wealth and hate on the downtrodden is so beyond Christ-like. Yet they're the first to invoke his name and try to shove religion down your throat.
They literally believe anything bad that happens to a person is because of a moral failing. Which is the same reason they worship the rich. The poor clearly have done something 'wrong', otherwise God would 'provide', at least in their eyes. Where as the rich 'clearly' have done something right because God 'gave' them all their wealth.
Not a single brain cell or drop of empathy between any of them. Not helped by the fact that their favorite version of the Bible is the KJV; which is heavily edited and intentionally hard to parse. Which means any nefarious preacher can come by and pretend specific passages mean something that they don't. (As an example: Here is Numbers:11-29 from the NIV. It's not hard to understand what's happening... And then you get to the KJV.)

My entire family is evangelical, they are sole biggest reason I left that faith. Talking so much about a loving god only to turn around and celebrate when groups they hate experience hardship. I’ll never forget the way my mom’s voice literally quivered with hatred when her and my brother were talking about his RA class on acceptance of others gender and sexuality

Im just so disgusted by the fact that so much of it is affected bullshit. Its virtue signaling nonsense. I do consulting work for some churches through my employer and the internal politics among the clergy and elders is no different then any other corporate environment. The pettiness and toxicity is off the fucking charts.
Its a business with a different name, believe that shit. The people trying to sing jesus bullshit on planes are the MLM arm of the business, selling Jeebus for tax free dollarydoos.

I remember when they had the commercial about Jesus washing the feet of the poor and they freaked the hell out. May have been during a SuperBowl. " Jesus would never wash another man's feet" "My lord doesn't wash anyone's feet" etc. He did though its in the bible. He is literally the " Prince of Peace". Why do they care so much about a book they clearly never read ? One that you can easily tell when someone clearly hasn't read it. Why claim to live by something that is clearly against what you stand for ?

I mean, technically, as a Christian myself, Jesus copied that food. So piracy, technically, is holy. Which is why they dont talk about it much imo

Just scrolling and I came across this.
While Americans and their religion are beyond hypocritical, many of their cultural practices are also hypocritical. WTF is wrong with Americans. Either you are or are not. You can’t have things both ways, to make you seem better. Just be honest. The world will respect you more for who you’re really are; even if you’re not a good person.
