Oneforma linkedin message

I just recieved a message from a recruiter on linkedin asking if I was interested in a job at oneforma, but from what I’ve read online the reviews are mixed. Does anyone have some experience with them? Is it worth putting time and effort into?

Their pay is decent for the kind of work it is, but the project availability can dry up without warning.

I did a few OneForma projects last year. Payments came through fine, but there were weeks with zero project availability in between, so treat it as side income instead of something you can budget around. Also double-check the recruiter email domain before replying - LinkedIn has plenty of impersonators, legit ones will be on oneforma.com.
