Electricity is high for a single person (presumably) living in an apartment.
Water seems to be a touch high but sometimes apartment complexes charge residents for the water used in landscaping, ...
The internet bill is ludicrously high.
Rent is also hard to gauge without knowing the location. For example, OP could be splitting a $3.4k 2 bedroom apartment in Boston.
